Muslim Adolescent Emotion Regulation App Muslims in general face many challenges living in the west. A young Muslim may struggle with their identity especially during adolescence when their brain goes through major changes that affect how they feel. Regulating their emotions can help them make better choices, avoid risky behaviours, and improve their overall happiness. Parents/carers, educators, mental health and youth workers can enhance children's wellbeing by understanding their developing brain and play a major role in supporting them. A message from the founder: "I believe every child should have the opportunity to learn about their developing brain. Muslim youth, in particular, face unique challenges, including Islamophobia and the stigma surrounding mental illness, which can profoundly impact their identity and well-being (Ali, 2017; Dadabhoy, 2018; Wenzing et al., 2023). Moreover, in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, equipping the next generation with an understanding of cognitive processes is essential for fostering critical thinking and promoting mental resilience".
